Ivory Coast has said its border with Ghana will be reopened after a two-week closure. The border was closed after a series of attacks in the capital Abidjan on 20-21 September, which officials claim were launched from Ghana. Ivorian Defence Minister Paul Koffi Koffi said both countries had now reinforced the border and it was now secure.
