An official report by the Commission of Inquiry found that hundreds of fighters aligned with President Alassane Outtara committed violence in the conflict that followed disputed elections from 2010-2011. The investigation found that 545 members of the Republican Forces of the Ivory Coast committed summary executions, while 54 members were involved in torture.
