G4S - Namibia - President declares state of emergency over flooding

      Namibia  

President Hifikepunye Pohamba declared a state of emergency in northern parts of the country where there is heavy flooding. The flooding has displaced some 10,000 people, submerged homes and washed away roads. Some 62 people have drowned in Oshakati.
